Purdue Bridge Inspection Training
Spicer Group’s Bridge Engineers spent 1-1/2 days at Purdue University with Dr’s Robert Connor, P.E. and Jason B. Lloyd, PhD, P.E., along with other MDOT Bridge Engineers learning techniques for "Inspecting Steel Bridges for Fatigue". The Steel Bridge Research, Inspection, Training, and Engineering Center (S-BRITE) is an amazing facility and experience. All that attended this unforgettable experience walked away with a better understanding of structural member fatigue and will be looking at all steel bridges with a new perspective.
